Hopeless and dissapointing and we will follow this up with the department of fair trading as your staff was late and did not finish the job and left two non working flourescent light that was to be replace. When we made our complaints you mentioned it as not in the quote and wanted to charge for it on return to fix it. There was no quotes provided and the manner of Sam in charge was very unprofessional and rude. I cant rate any stars!!!!
